Mental health and wellbeing play an important role in creating a healthy, productive and supportive workplace. Workplace Mental Health, Stress & Burnout Awareness is a self-paced online course designed to help employees, working professionals, supervisors and organisational teams develop greater awareness of workplace mental health and recognise the early signs of stress, burnout and anxiety.
The course explores workplace stressors, work culture, work-life imbalance and digital fatigue, while helping learners understand how these factors can affect mental wellbeing. Participants will also learn practical approaches to managing stress through breathing techniques, mindfulness, grounding, time management and emotional awareness.
Through workplace scenarios, guided activities and personal reflection, learners will develop practical awareness of how to respond appropriately to colleagues experiencing distress, practise active listening and contribute to a psychologically supportive workplace culture. The course also introduces the role of employers in encouraging open communication and implementing simple workplace wellbeing initiatives.
Designed at an awareness and light practical application level, this course provides learners with practical knowledge that can be applied in everyday workplace situations to better manage personal wellbeing and support a healthier working environment.
