The Personal Data Handling & PDPA Awareness Training is a practical program designed to help staff understand and apply proper data protection practices in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).


This 7-hour course focuses on how personal data should be collected, used, stored, and protected in daily work. It covers key PDPA principles, common workplace risks, and simple best practices to prevent data misuse or breaches. Designed for sales agents, frontdesk officers, customer service, and administrative staff, the training uses real-life examples and scenario-based learning to build awareness and confidence in handling customer data responsibly.


By the end of the course, participants will be able to apply correct data handling practices, avoid common mistakes, and support compliance while maintaining customer trust.
